In the Spring of 2006 she opened Nielson Resources and since then she has successfully recruited within heavy industrial, high tech, commercial, civil and energy services segments. With a wealth of experience that ranges from business development and account management to old-fashioned cold-call recruiting, Ms. Nielson offers exceptional service. Ms. Nielson is an admitted perfectionist with extremely high standards regarding the quality of services she provides.

A former Construction professional himself, and backed up by Nielson Resources’ unique training, Mr. Nielson has been a Construction Recruiting Specialist for over 3 years. He specializes in finding the “Purple Squirrel” candidate and has a reputation for his tenaciousness. Mr. Nielson is known for being able to engage even the most reticent candidates. He enjoys studying the psychology of communication. 

Miss O’Neal is a self-described “nerd chick” who loves research projects. Her ability to unearth data is impressive and has translated perfectly into investigative searches to provide information to the recruiting staff at Nielson Resources.
